Work Completed
Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Before work starts: refund minus administrative and material costs.
After work starts: full payment is required for work completed and materials ordered.
Custom Materials
Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable.
Disputes
We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally; however, refunds are not guaranteed.
